校庭での休憩（Hofpause）時の屋内待機基準は、学校の校則（Schulordnung）や当日の気象警報（暴風雨など）の有無によって厳格に判断される。通常の雨天や低温時程度では校舎のドアがロックされ、一律に屋外へ出される運用が多いため、学校の規定に沿った防寒・防水着（Matschhose等）の常備が必須となる。
